Who do I contact if there is a problem?

Source Directe will be your first point of contact. We handle all questions. In the first instance send an email to help@sourcedirecte.com.

Is there any Excise Duty due on the wine?

No. To ensure there are no barriers to your getting your order as fast as possible Champagne Le Brun de Neuville has duty paid stock in storage in London held in a professional temperature controlled wine warehouse. Your order should be fulfilled and delivered promptly.

What do I do if bottles have been broken in transit?

The carrier should deliver your package intact but damage does occur occasionally. Check your package on arrival and if it appears damaged make a note of it on the consignment note when signing for your goods. If that isn't practical then check the parcel as soon as possible and let Source Directe know. They will handle the breakage for you and liaise with the carrier and the producer to sort the problem. Can I change my mind?

The standard consumer protections are covered under EU and UK legislation. You have a statutory 14 day right to cancel your order and return the goods. The detail is covered in the Returns Policy.

What about GDPR and my rights under it?
GDPR protects your personal data and this site lets you join the site as a user, with an account, if you choose. You can also buy anonymously (except you will need to provide some detail at the time of payment, but it will then be anonymised).
